Continuing my methadone taper

Much thanks for the support. Going from 35mg to 30 on Tuesday. No support yet... my favorite dosing nurse quit-that was a big blow. Have counselor in private clinic-she has no clue. Ive researched na meetings outside of this town-the times wont work forme with my (teaching) schedule. I have never given up yet. My personal relationships are disolving.... what a pitiful existence. Glad i have my husband, but he knows nothing about this and cannot know. I leased ahorse, which is the only thing that gives me great pleasure.will update when i suffer thru 30mg
