That's interesting. I have not noticed that, but I will attribute that to the fact that I'm kicking a heroin habit this time and not just pills. Plus I have found that the OTC powdery fiber, not the gross cardboard stuff, to work very well. Benefiber, it is called.
In any case, I start my acupuncture today. I hope that will help with the myriad small spots of bother and get me set up for the next drop.

I am sleeping.. I take one GNC sleep blend, One L-theanine, and liquid calium magnesium.. If after 2 hours or so I am not sleepy I then hit the Melatonin..1-3mgs.. I know it sounds like alot.. but it works for me..the cal/mag also helped me to start going to the bathroom like a normal person.. The Sub really wrecked me that way.. GOOD for you!!! I think I am on day 29, it has been such a blur. Things are getting much better as I am now able to go to meetings everyday. My next step is find a job. I had to quit my last one so I could go CT. Good luck to you!! PS I am still only sleeping a few hours a night because of RLS. Do you sleep? If so, how?
