Catmagnet is right.   It takes time for your body to heal.    Take vitamins and supplements and concentrate on eating right.   It took me about a month to start to feeling a little more energetic and from the first, I had to force myself to get up and do something, but the more I did, the better I felt.   I can honestly say that now I feel better than I have in years, and I am clean 69 days.

I was not myself for several months. But each day i had more energy. Try some light exercise and you may be surprised how much that can perk you up. Once you get the ball rolling, the momentum will build and you will feel better. We addicts tend to wallow too much in the past and beat ourselves up for our mistakes. Try focusing on positive things in your life. And congratulations on your clean time! GL~ cat =)
