hang in there, you can do this..getting out of the house will help, if you can go for a walk. One day at a time, that seem to be our motto here but it works
I am so happy for you...I know how long you have wanted this !!! You are going to feel better everyday...And getting aftercare is great...Also , yes get out and enjoy life.....
Keep fighting my friend

thank you all. I start after care tomorrow. It is going to be rough doing so much in a day (3 hours after care then 9 hours work) but I have been told you need to change your habits when you get clean in order to make it stick. I used to sit at home for hours before work and watch movie after movie on HBO. (I work from 4 to midnight). Now I am going to have to participate in the world.
Congrats you are well on your way! Each day will be better and before you know it you will be celebrating 1 month!
stay with it. Each day gets better and better. I am on day 14 coming off fentanyl and percocets. it's a process not an event but you can do it
The first week is usually the worst for physical, but the true test is staying clean. Be sure to stay plugged in here and any other aftercare that works for you.
And tomorrow will be day 6, then 7 and on and on...u r hanging in there girl...keep moving forward
