Naltrexon made my suboxone detox HORRIBLE

my doctor said I would be able to be off suboxen withdrawls if I take naltrexon 2 days aftr being fee of suboxone.  I went down to 2mg and then quit for 2 days and on the 3rd day I was to take 1/10 of the naltreon every two hours but I only made the second dose because it made my withdrawl unbearable!!!  The medicine labels all said to be free of opiates for 7-10 days before taking naltrexon.....so if I start over and wait 7 days and then start the naltrexon will I stil go into thoe withdrawls again?

"Two days after being FREE of Suboxone."   That could be the reason(not certain though) because even though you hadn't taken it in two days,it takes longer than that to be rid of it.

You need to check with your doctor, okay?

Hey!  Are you around??

I'd like to answer your question and say "no" but I'm not clear on why you did what you did.  Explain why you only waited two days to take the naltexone, okay?

yes I did because I was starting to have suicidal thoughts and went into a depression.  So now I am back on day one
