We need advice for an "At home OTC herion detox kit" any suggestions

My husband, Charlie and I have been hard core OF heroin addicts for the past almost 4 years. We have lost everything but 2 days ago we decided enough is enough. We honestly want to be clean but these body aches and pain are unbearable and I'm worried if we don't find a solution to help with the withdraw symptoms we're not going to reach our goal of kicking this addiction and getting our lives and life together back in order the way we were before, this heroin is no joke buddy I fear it gets much harder one of us is gonna end up going to get some so we can stop twitching jerking throwing up having the runs (I know TMI sorry)
Thank you to whoever can give us the advice we so desperately need some advice about what we need for a at home detox kit.

Congrats on your choice to quit. Both of you. It's a hard thing to do. I did it myself years ago, back in '99. When i found i had hepc , i figured that i'd had enough. Have you been checked ?  or have you only used together (where there would be no risk).?

There is so much more to quitting hard drugs, than detoxing. I'm a little worried that you'll go through the trouble of detoxing, and have no plan on staying quit.

Is there a possibility that you can talk to an Addictions Therapist, at least, to try and help you get through this ?

I'm not sure there are "kits" per say but there are w/d aids you can take to help. 1st off locate the Thomas Recipe on this site and gather the things required on that list! Do u have anyone that can oversee you two??? Not sure how well its going to work with both of u w/ding at the same time??? Post on the substance abuse forum for more help with at home detoxing....I check that forum at least 5x's a day for newcomers.....lots more people will see this and be able to advise.....post asap so we know y'all are OK....
