Arnica cream. Get one that is homeopathic. I got mine from Fruitful a Yield by me. It works good. I have RLS bad without pills. I used it as a natural remedy.
Hi congrats on day 3 ....your off to a great start just know in a couple of days the phyical stuff will be over then it is just a mental mindscrew try to line up a couple of N/A meetings it really helps with the mental part this is 1/3 phyical and 2/3 mental a lot of people under estimate the mental/emotional part and often it is the cause of relapse right now just focus on getting threw the day we all do this ''just for today'' keep posting for support..........Gnarly
Im a little over 4 days and today i have had the most relief. I was horrible this morning at work but half way thru i started feeling better and havent had the crawling since this morning. Knock on wood.... anyways i was actually able to eat today. First day since this started and that was scary because i felt like i was going to die from not eating. I hop3 i get sleep tonight since i have been non stop today. Bothing at all and i mean nothing would help the feeling in my arms except during a shower. Its the worst but today there is some hope. I hope it gives you hope as well. I am just so happy to have a ton of relief on day 4-5. Keep working hard pills are the devil and i cant wait til im completely back to normal.
just wanted to lend my support ww hope you are doing well. keep on fighting and don't give up :)
Yes I have been in the bath 3 to 4 times a night then a little sleep then up and back in the bath again....thanks for the ideas I will be running to the store this evening..
Imodium worked well for me. Also buy Hylands restful legs, its dissolvable tablets, works pretty good and of course hot baths help (when you get home from work).

I took lots of showers and had my dog lay on me. I know how miserable it is but keep hanging in there as it does go away. You are just about thru the worst of it.
Hi Win.
What are you coming off of? If it is opiates, then yes you have the crawlies, I most certainly did, for a bit. I cannot tell you when it will stop, for me it was bad the first month. Hang in there. You can do it. How much were you taking and what were you taking?
