Me too ! I've been awake all night. Up and down...can't get to sleep. This will be day 11 for me.
Guess this is part of the package.
Last night, I slept 9 hours. Can't figure why the dramatic reversal. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !
Since starting w/d I have been sleeping on the couch so my wife could get some rest. She appreciates it but my dog is totally confused.
If you find anything...let me know

Hi Guys,
It's funny you posted this today...just yesterday, I posted how even though I've been off my meds since December (cold turkey, as well), I just started getting the anxiety of withdrawals back!! I don't understand it! It isn't quite as bad as the withdrawals, but it's def. uncomfortable, and causing me a loss of sleep. The only thing I can come up with is that it took a long time for our bodies to become adjusted to the constant meds into our system, and they were in there for so long, it will be a long time of ups and downs until we are "back to normal". But I hear ya, cuz the same thing is happening to me!
Marjijuana? I have tried herbal tea, possibly not the right kind. What I did try didn't work. Give me the names of some. Mannie
Peppermint worked the best, tasted pretty bad. Honey-Lemon tasted the best, but didn't seem to do much. I think the best is real Green Tea. And if you're not a regular smoker of weed, do it. I smoke regularly, and it did wonders for me when I went hard at it, getting real ripped. I figure if you don't smoke, it'll take a lot of symptoms away.
