Hello. How long were you using and how much two months ago? This along with age, length of use, activity level, diet all play into how long you'll endure the physical parts of withdrawal. From reading other posts the RLS and insomnia should be lifting about now so hang in there .Exercise, Hylands Restless leg medicine (over counter), warm baths, and vitamins all help with this. The crying and emotional rollercoaster is absolutlely normal. Remember you did not get into this cycle over night and it will take a little bit of time to get on the track to feeling better. I have found going to blog sites like tumblr and reading uplifting quotes and stories seems to help, as well as, positive upbeat music. Hang in there, you are way further than yesterday or even a month ago, you can do this. Do not get discouraged!

The trams have kept this going.  Those pills are evil.  Are you taking any type of supplements?  It is good to get going on something as we need to feed our body good stuff and get everything healthy.  You are doing great and i am glad to see you finally slept!!  Go Dorothy Go!!

Welcome , those trams more than likely are making this even harder for you I know a lot of addicts that had the worst trouble with the things.  make sure you are eating well L-Lysine is great for the leg this or food rich in potassium but the effects take about a week to kick in there are a dozen RLS teas ,pills etc that you can get OTC have you tried those?

You will come out of this, just remember how long it took to get to where you are today. Instead of listing all the negatives and what you've lost. List the positives, you've gained more over the past months than you realize I bet.

I will say, I dabbled in tramadol and found after a very short use I had pretty rough withdrawal symptoms. Is your pain manageable without the narcotics?
