OVERCAME TEMPTATION TODAY!!!

Hey everybody!!! Hope this post finds u all doing well...
I hv had an eventful day...
First off I set some goals this morning and I think I met them all. I got a shower, dressed and ready... looked like a real normal person...I've stayed in my pj's a lot lately! I took my son to the skatepark and scoped out one place that had NA meetings. Couldn't find the other one but the one I drove by is not in a.   good part of town so don't think I would be comfy going there at night... so for now i keep looking! BUT MOST OF ALL I HV FELT PRETTY GREAT ALL DAY AND STAYED PILL FREE!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! My mom even said today that my eyes were brighter today than they hv been in a long time, and she doesn't hv s clue about my problem!!!
Now for my CONQUERING TEMPTATION...
while at my moms today, I went to the br. On the way out, I noticed my dad had just had his pain meds refilled and they were sitting on my moms dresser!!! Now the old me would hv sstopped and gotten myself a few...my fad has

Hey dac..thats awesome! I am so glad you were strong enough to not me impulsive and take the pills. It shows your strength and will power to quit. I am so happy for you. Lol im 39 days and I often stay in my pjs (shorts n tee) all day too if im not working. Im still a little lazy and will often lay on the couch and watch tv after I wake up. I gues its because Im still not sleeping too good so im always tired. Ull get bettter soon and ull feel more energized in the mornings and motivated to start your day. It just takes time. Imagine that your parents dont even know but they could just see it in you. As addicts we tend to let ourselves go and often dont even realize that we arent looking the best we could. Ull start to perk up and look better and better as time goes on. I lost the dark circles under my eyes and gained weight back. I overall just look alot healthier and the one thing I noticed in my eyes. OMG i look in the mirror now and im like who the f is that!?! My pupils are the size of marbals and Im not used to it at all. My eyes have been pinned for 8 years so im getting used to that still. Well keep up the good work im proud of u for today. Ugh I did it again!!!" Anyway...
My dads new Rx was on the dresser. My dad has RA. I am ashamed to day I hv skimmed some of his before. BUT TODAY... I KEPT ON WALKING...I DID NOT TAKE ANY!!! I AM AT THE END OF DAY #4!!!
I was so proud of myself that I went to Victoria Secret and bout myself a prize!!!
Today has been GREA!! I am never going back!!! Going to church in the am. I can count on one hand the times o hv been this last yr but I know that I hv God to thank for being with me on this journey!!!
