PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME...PLEASE

Ive smoked crack almost every day for the past year and a half. I moved across the country, and left my habit elsewhere. IIve been told crack cocaine addiction is a mental addiction, and your body couldnt show signs of physical withdrawls. Well 10 days without smoking ...anything at all, I wake up with the WORST back pain ive EVER HAD. My family has bad back problems, as do I, but NEVER anything like this. I got a massage, and my dad told me he could feel practically EVERY muscle in my back was completly knottted up, Ive been alternating between hot (heating pad) and cold (ice) for the past 13 hours, and nothing is seeming to help. All of a sudden..well gradually for the past few hours, Ive been getting a fever. It spiked up from 102.00 ( in 10 minutes) to 102.9. I dont feel like im Withdrawling, I dont feel sick, but EVERYTHING HURTS SO BAD. And its not getting better. My question is.. WHATS WRONG WITH ME ! ( fyi- i have no std's... just incase that matters!!!)
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

even though you are on coke for years (5 for me)  you do not have physicaly w/ds.  google it you will find info on it.  i think you have a virus or something.  really you should go to er and get checked out.  it will put your mind at ease.

hun, we posted to you on your other post..

but without being doctors, it's too hard to tell what is going on with you...

if you start to get any worse, i would highly suggest you get down to the ER.  you may very likely have a flue, but again, there is no way anyone on this board can know for sure..

i'm sure you'll be ok.  but please go get checked it if you start to get any worse.
