One week to the hour CLEAN!!!!!

Just 7 days and I know I have a lifetime to go.... But I'm proud of myself! I am still on the Xanax. My new dr wants to keep me on it for a couple months for stability, then I can start tapering if I want. I suffer from major anxiety and panic attacks. Not sure if ill ever come off. :/

Congrats on your 7 days and yes, a lifetime - clean and free!  And I agree as well on the tapering of the Xanax; 'slow and steady' is definitely the way to go with this one.  Good luck to you :))

Congratulation..The fist Step is the Biggest and you have gone up 7 more..Right On..Sounds like you have a good Doctor on your side..Very wise Dr to let you get stable then taper you on the Xanax...Ya!!!!

WOOOOOO!!! CONGRATS i know its really really hard!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it going!!! Should be easier if you have friends good friends that support you and go movies, etc.
