One yr clean from hydros wednesday

I'm excited n kind freaked out but wednesday I've been clean for a yr. Maybe its  thinking about that makes me think about how much easier it was when I used. I won't cuz I can't go back now I'm 2 proud of my yr. If I can do it I know anybody can :) I did it without any thing special just a book 2 read n my bath tub n lots of distraction. I have a hard time coming here but I thought my yr mark deserved a visit despite hating seeing the familiar posts cuz they give me flash backs cuz I remember 2 well being in that place n I think about my addiction every day but remind myself that I'm proud of myself n there is no going back.  Thank u all for the support when I needed it sorry I'm not more help 2 others but I'm hoping some day I can be as I know how much it helps 2 hear from people who have been there.

I understand reading this stuff can set off triggers to if you cant do it you cant
