Oxycodone withdrawals ?

? I was taking Oxycodone 10 325 for about 4 months , 4 times a day.    Got to the point i was taking them for the feeling they gave me and not the pain.  But i went cold turkey and stopped it for a few months.  Ended up needing another surgery and was in the best time in my life so told dr was in pain before surgery so he gave me more 10-325 oxy.   But this time i didnt feel the high.  It felt different but kept taking them searching for the high.   Surgery was over and almost healed so after 3 months went cold turkey again but this time its different.  Sore muscles,  anxiety of talking to people thinking they will think i look high because i felt funny.  Now i dont like to he around people because my body feels funny so i panic thinking they think i look high.    Is this normal,  if so how long does it last or am i losing it?

That's typical of withdrawls. Anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, muscle pain, loss of appetite, depression and many other symptoms. It lasts a while, a few weeks, getting slowly better over time. The more important part is your addictive brain, and that sounds like it needs help. I started exactly like you and ended up taking 12 per day every day. It only gets worse. I would really think about it and be very aware. Recovery is always out there.

Some people practically live in steaming hot baths during detox. And they put in Epsom salts for sore muscles. Mostly it's just time and patience. Also, exercise will really help even though that's the last thing you feel like doing. Try and keep moving.
