Thank you for your advice....just so you know I am not injecting any of this.  I would never do that. Although I go to the dr to get lidocane injections and my first epidural(OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW).  Family to turn to...ha....my father runs the boat I work on. He tells me not to lift the anchors or anything, and I am being more careful this year. The other mates are looking out for me, but im still netting fish, leaning over a filet table filletting hundreds of fish and picking up fish up to 30 lbs, but usually only about 10-15lbs.  I have to stay until july 1st.  It's just rough.  But I cant wait to move back where my mother and stepfather are, they are very supportive, but dont known about my addiction. They just think I take it occassionally. However, thank you for you help. You guys are always great here.
