Percocet

Yes I have back problems and a l/knee problems, My Dr gives me 4 ea a Day Percocet 10/325 how many in a 24 hour period can i take without it bothering me as far as too Much, Sometimes I go to bed Hurting so bad that I cant sleep very good at all. I only take them when I hurt  but would it be safe to take another one at night to go to bed that would be 5 a Day spaced out over 24 hours, Thanks for yalls advise.

I agree, at first I was going to say that adding the 5th pill would be okay...but knowing what it is to get off of these damm pills, do not take more than you possibly have to.
It will be easier to get off when the time comes.
Yes, take the last  pill closer to bedtime.
Before you get in to where you can not get out like the rest of us, THINK about it.

It could be the perc keeping you awake? I have bad back and neck trouble, and yes you will build a tolerance to them to where you need more and more, I would try taking one of the four closer to bed time, so when its time to come off it wont be so hard 4 a day is not that bad but you can still have w/d even on that amount. Maybe try alaeve or motrin at bed time with a perc, TRY NOT to take more than DR order.

the tylenol in perks is bad for u on a daily basis on your liver/kidneys. but, im not a dr. why not try and talk to your dr about getting on a pain reliever with little to no tylenol that is longer lasting?
