Please help me change my NICKNAME.

Is there a way to change my nickname? I think I want to make a full change of my life, and I no longer want Vicodin to be anywhere near it.  (Even though I haven't started tapering yet) So, if anyone knows if it's possible, please let me know. an easy way is to just make another yahoo,gmail,hotmail,or whatever account and use it for like free sites because they spam you when you sign up on them any way.then just re sign on to med help under that e-mail account.That iswhat i would do.
