Congrats to you on 200 hours . I am on day 4 I still am not out of woods and the cravings are bad thats the emotional part I feel and the Physical part for me is so much better shaky and I hear ya it all comes in waves . For me today when i got a wave I just Rode on through it Ride that wave! keep up the Great work :)
Exercising will help you with endorphin production , what makes life a bit easier to handle. Everyone is different but it sounds like you are busy and that helps. When the cravings come, remember they will pass and they will become less often and shorter. If you are sitting when they come , go for a walk around the block, get busy for those few minutes and it should go away.
