At a lost

So I am 24 weeks prego and haven't even seen a doctor yet because of my addiction I am battling with! Grant it, I have slowed down 89% since I'm preg. I still feel super guilty and scared to death it comes out with birth defects! Any help besides stop?

Please make an appt with an OB.  Are you taking any prenatal vitamins?  What have you been using?
