Quitting and your immune system

Ive been sick twice since I quit in the past month...first time I was told was expected...maybe Im just unlucky but thought Id ask you folks anyway if theres a connection to me quitting and my immune system being weak. Im on day 27 ish soooo....I usually never get sick. Just wondering.

I agree with the above,,,I ended up with mono for the third time. I had it in high school,,then got it the last time I detoxed 2 years ago and then again this time. Hope you feel better soon!~Bkitty

I havent been sick ALL month just one week in the beging and again a cold that started last night. but ya....I should see a doc.

I agree with gnarly it really takes a toll on your body....I am currently tapering but I am getting my self ready for when that day comes and stocking up on vitamins and chinese herbs

HI detoxing beats the hell out of your immune system so for the first month clean expect at lest a cold possibly going into bronchitis or an uper respiratory infection ......Girl if you been sick all month its time to get to the doctor for some antibiotics and a good check up wile your there if you have ins have them do a full blood panel with liver screening
be honest with them and tell them you just want to know if your drug use damaged anything.....I was up at barros nuraligical and they MRI my brain instead of hairline cracks witch is what you would expect for a man my age there where fishers 2 to 3 in long and 1/4 to 1/2 in deep the doctor looked at me and asked me outright did I have a problem with narcotics because she only seen this in drug users and very old people .....you dont get away with this Scot free best to have them check so you know good luck and God bless.......Gnarly
