All of us should be taking some form of fish oil or red krill oil daily for the rest of our lives anyway, not just people on this forum. The health benefits are endless. Google if your unsure.
Hi, try red krill oil, and magnesium supplements. Both available from chemist. Believe me, they do work. Get the trusted brands. I have reumatic arthritis in my legs, and red krill oil and magnesium are a god send. Rls or arthritis, doesnt matter, symptoms are not much different when it comes to pain. I absolutely assure you it will work, but red krill oil will take 2-3 weeks to fully absorb into your body and work, magnesium should be instant. Get high doses if you choose to get these supp. Another, evening primrose oil tabs from chemist, works exactly the same for arthritis/rls.
Hey Tooter! I have RLS all the time because of my back injury and nerve damage, so I can't attest to whether it's 'normal' for it to come back like this. I can tell you that around the 90 day mark I started having an increase in anxiety for about a week that was reminiscent of early detox. I think it's all part of the process and it too shall pass. Just try not to feed into it and fret too much otherwise you might make it worse. I'm glad that you are going to see your doctor. Hope you are able to get some relief very soon. Hang in there!
thanks toothfairie, I got me a shower and feel a whole lot better. I'm going to try to go to church tomorrow. I know that will help. I'm trying to overcome my anger with the preacher. I have been a total *****. I don't think I can blame it on WD's either even though I always thought I was a loving caring person before. God Bless
i'm glad you are going back to the dr.....RLS hit me at about 5-6 months clean...i was like WTH?? it wasn't bad but it was enough to keep me from falling asleep right away....it gradually got better, i made sure i was getting more calcium/magnesium etc. Not sure about the sweats....i would talk to your doctor about it...i never really had sweats...just chills..let us know what the doctor says! hang in there girl....you are still doing great.
