7 days of methhadone has been quite an experience, sure many of you know, I have used most all oppiates except heroin imagine that? for 3 years now. I own and operate a bussiness and I need to get back to working a lot. after this fay thing goes away, Took suboxone 8 milligrams last thursday, 4 milligrams on friday, nothing since. Yoga class 4 out of six days really healped, am so sore and tired. any helpful hints to get me back to normal not sure what that is even thankyou 5 days of suboxone 7 off methadone

so u detoxed using methadone for 7 days and then sub?  or was ur addiction to methadone?

Are you staying on the sub .It takes alot longer to get threw methadone withdrawals then most other pain meds stay strong you can do this .

I am trying things from the "thomas detox recipe" and "the amino acid protocol" to fight this addiction.  You are ahead of me and it sounds like you are doing great!!
