Red rash on inner elbow closet to body from subutex.

I shot subutex in inner elbow and I have a blotchy red rash where I shot. It’s one red rash not multiple. It’s one medium size rash and has different colors to it like red outlining the rash and going in to either a darker red or it’s pike a purple or white idk what color to really explain. But after a week now it stings and seems to be getting worse. I just really don’t know what to do or what to expect from this to if it’s going to get worse and become something I really don’t want it to become. Please, someone help if you know what I’m talking about. :/ thank you !

You need to be seen by a doctor.  Shooting up is VERY dangerous.
