Just be sure to sign off with your ob before starting a yoga class, no need to put yourself in danger.

Very useful! Thanks I've tried a walk and that actually does help. Although I can't overexert myself I have been thinking about yoga as well. Thanks for you advice :-)
I'm a horrible stress smoker and I found that the best ways to keep cigarettes away is to keep stress away. I do my best to control my stress through exercise (yoga), good sleep habits, and meditation. You have to go with what feels right for you. Take a bath, light some candles, get a massage, whatever you need to feel less anxious. For me the big ones were adding a normal sleep cycle and exercise to my daily life-obviously you can't do too much exercise, but maybe just a walk around the block or so. It's also very important to have someone to talk to and cry every once in a while. You don't need to have all the world on your shoulders and sometimes it's best to say out loud -I can't do this. I can't do this alone. I need help. Again, this is just what helps me, but maybe something similar will be useful for you.
