Someone mentioned needing a roll call so here it is.  The holiday season can be very stressful for many and now is the time to really work your recovery care and keep that GUARD UP!  Remember we are open here 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week so lean on us.

not sure who is even here anymore these days. I see a few familiar faces though. I havent been on here in nearly a year myself. Ive been through the ringer for years with more relapses than I could ever count. in March of this year I became pregnant unexpectedly and got off all the pills. I ended up miscarrying anyways, and subsequently relapsed shortly thereafter again. Then met a nice man in June, fell in love, and quit everything again. So Im about 6 months clean now and doing good. I dont ever get on the puter much anymore so I have lost track of everyone. Is Gizzy around still? Anyone know how he is? Sarah its nice to see you again.

Be proud of your clean time, be it hours, days,
months or years. We all started from scratch and the only way to get time under your belt is to take it one day at a time.  This is the perfect time of year to ask God to be on your side. May he hold us all close to his heart. My best to you all, guv.

HI Everyone congrats for being on the list weather it be a day a week a month or many years we all do this ''just for today'' you should all be proud of your self's now for me I keep track twice once for alcohol weed and everything else recreational witch is 6yr 9mo and the other is for vmy real vise living in pain management on methadone....still had a few more yrs of denile got 796 days clean from that I just want to take a minite to wish everybody a merry christmas and a sober new yeargood luck and God bless.......Gnarly

I know that the holidays can bring stress to some,and as sarah said, Guard Up!! It's too easy to relapse during stress..stay strong and remember what you've done/been through to earn your clean time!
