You guys are a true blessing. My body aches today, I have ZERO energy, but the diarrhea is not nearly as bad, although my stools are still loose. I have been able to eat some bananas and granola bars with ease. I am SUPER depressed and tear up randomly which NEVER EVER happens to me!!! I still have not left because walmart is about a 30 minute drive. What do you recommend I do from this point on? You guys ROCK!
I did the thomas w/o the tranks. It works great w/o it. The tranks are to put you to sleep for the first days or so and you are already past that. You are getting close to the end of the really hard part of w/d. Once you get to feeling better the "cravings" and your brain will start to talk to you. Do NOT listen. They WANT the drugs and will try to convince you to use. Stay strong. As others have stated it is 1/3 hard work and 2/3 mental. The mental is by far the hardest. When you get that feeling come here and post! It really helped me stay clean. I am at day 28 and can't believe it.

Most everything..I think the Hylands Restless Leg Syndrome is at GNC..call Walmart..see if they have it. You don't need to take the valium. Yogi Kava Relaxation tea is good instead.Then attiril (valerian root, melatonin) for sleep.

Thank you guys. I can't do the Thomas recipe cuz I can't get my hands on any prescriptions. Today is day 4. My legs ache and feel like jello, my diarhea is not nearly as bad as yesterday so far, and I feel like I can actually eat some food. Took some nyquil last night and probably slept from 11 till 4 with ease, and then off and on until 10. Do you think the worst is over?? I appreciate the help guys!!! For REAL!!
Immodium(no substitutes)stops diarreah ASAP.take as much as Necessary.Dunno n e thing about the1st post suggestions.Check Thomas recipe.A benzo(small amount of course)helps w/vomiting,nausea,anxiety,ur able2eat a bit etc.

Hi and welcome; see bottom right side of this page, Thomas's Recipe, and Amino Acid Protocol..these vits, supplements etc..will help ease symptoms. Immodium is good..also Gatorade. Sorry to hear that you relapsed. It happened, your are away from them..people, places and things...maybe consider aftercare? NA.? Everyone is different, but it's safe to say that you are looking at 5 -7 days of feeling crappy, it'll get easier. Stay determined..this is 2/3 mental and 1/3 physical. I hope you feel better as soon as possible. Get yourself those supplements. I've heard that they are mostly available at Walmart. Whey protein drink (at Walmart 2 lb container $15) that is filled with amino acids..I've heard the chocolate flavor is good. It is important to feed your body and your brain right now.
I've been on methadone four years but had been coming off one year and now completely off two days. I have gotten into alot of meditation and lucid dreaming lately. It might sound stupid but it takes your mind off things. If you are interested search reecejones87 on YouTube. He is amazing for that stuff. But drink ALOT of water. To clense your system *prefferably filtered* Even if you have to force it down. Do not nap during the day. I repeat DO NOT because if you do. There's no chance your sleeping at night. Good luck!
