SELF HARM?

My addictions bring this on especially during the buzz and comedown any1 else feel this way?

NO, I never have. Perhaps some counseling is good? This is not normal. Self hate is something that needs to be worked on.

i know its not normal its down to years of addiction it started when i was 10 yrs old, how craps that lol

You think about doing harmful things to yourself? is that what it is ? im not understanding, Maybe explain more to us ? There are so many here that want and are willing to help we just need to know a little more =)

and this makes you feel better.

i have never personally experienced wanting to harm myself, but i do understand a little bit bout it. i knew a young girl that was doing the same.

Yes I understand completely. I cut my wrists with scalpels and have burned them in the past. I have lost friendships over it because people don't understand why you just can't stop doing it. I have had friends get purposesly angry to try and make me stop.

The adrenaline rush when you do it I like and then after being all spaced out and relaxed is a welcome feeling.

It's true this is dangerous and help should be sought.I have tried a couple of avenues and it is a minefield.
