Scared, unsure, and can't sleep...

So I'm up late. Stressing already about what tomorrow is going to bring. I can't sleep. And I took a 30 mg roxy this afternoon around 2. My last one. I'm done. I'm sick and tired of living this way and as I can see alot of people are. I'm only twenty but ive been forced to go to rehab twice
I've oded a couple of times and I'm finally
Tired of this lifestyle this isn't me and I'm not happy anymore. I wake up everyday wishing it would end and I wouldn't have to worry about this anymore. I've been doing drugs for several years now and it's just a chore now. Or has been for awhile

It's not fun and I really wish I would have never started. But I did And now I have to deal with it. I mainly
Got on here just to vent. But now that Im actually ready to stop it kinda scares me Bc what of I can't.... I said the last two times I had to
Go to rehab I didn't quit Bc I didn't want to and that I kept
On simply Bc I wanted to.. Now I'm not to sure about it and never really. Had to do it all by myself. But I've burned every bridge that I have. My family has given up on me and I've been kicked
Out now just floating and trying to eat. I'm really done but not sure what to expect when I wake up tomorrow morning. Can someone help..??

Ok, so I decided tomorrow I will start cutting back and begin my tapering schedule that I figured out. I have been at 4 percs a day for a week,  tonight I took 5 and I hate myself for it. But I am stronger than this, especially now I found this place. Ok, tomorrow will be 2 and I will stick to that for a couple days. Will keep updating, and uli found someone I really trust to help me

Hey tonebug I hope your doing better at leaving the oxys, ea day away from it is so much empowering. Im in the same boat im 19 years old and started abusing oxys for a year and finally decided to taper march 12 and then went cold turkey on the 16th thursday, today is my second day and im feeling gradually better.. Its crazy how fast withdrawals  are easily leaving my body and not bothering me much. I look back at what ive been eating these past couple days and I believe this is what is getting me through withdrawals easy and fast I hope this helps yu if your able to try it : when waking up I take multiple vitamins but first make sure u have food in your stomache so that vitamins are easy to hold in. ok heres the vits: potassium  99mg, magnesium, potassium gluconate, vitamin b12, b6, and a fruit juice eaither Acai berry juice, acai coconut water juice, and also a bottle of gatoraid mixed with a 5 hour energy drink. sip the 5 hour poweraid drink thru out the day to replace energy and electrolytes lost in hot steam showers and bath soaks. Eat any fruits and veggies u hav available trust me Vitamins and HEALTHY foods help speed up recovery quick. As for sleep take a xanax, melatonin, or nyquil, nyquils best imo. Todays my second night without opiates and im feeling right now like withdrawal symptoms are gone. All I feel is sleepy, groggy, fatigue, probly from the soaks. Sorry this is so long but I hope this helps u out to kick withdrawals quick. Antioxidants are amazing (acai berry juices) keep me posted I wanna help u and u can help me, we can help ea other :) im prayin for u :)
