This may help, I bought a bottle of 1000mg calcium, a bottle of hi potency B-stress vitamins and 3mg of Melatonin with Valarien Root.  I bought all natural ones and have been taking them for 3 days now.  I'll have to say it has helped with the anxiety some.  When I get too too anxious, I go walking really fast around my backyard b/c I don't know what else to do.

That fentanyl is horrible to get off of.  I don't know how long the anxiety lasts I went for a month and I it was one of the worse symptoms that seemed to hang on.  Everything that I read seemed to be that it takes months and months to feel normal.  I'm not sure that xanex is the answer as you would be just trading addictions, and honestly I don't think that it would be all the effective to power through the lasting effects of fentanyl.  I tried all the natural remedies but nothing.  Everyone is different though.  Good luck!

well...i just wrote you a long comment and then hit a wrong button and poof it's all gone. I just wanted to let you know about something that helps me with my anxiety attacks when i get them and just my overall anxiety. you can of course try valium and xanax, but considering that you're in detox  it's probably not a great idea. Though if you're having really bad ones, a small scrip of them might be necessary. (i'm no doctor though) what helps me the most is L-Theanine and some 5htp (but don't take these if you are on any kind of antidepressant without talking to a doctor, they can cause a spike in blood pressure or something like that if you mix them with a prescription anti depressant). The L-theanine is a natural valium of sorts..it's helped me so much that i don't need xanax anymore, but everyone is different, hopefully it will help you. I have been on lortab mostly and for a little while oxy for a little over four years, though i've never been on the patch you were on. the fentanyl may have a longer drying out period. but you will start feeling better eventually. i have more to tell you about vitamins that have helped me and a little info on the drug residue you asked about, but i have to go for now. i hope you start to feel better, message me if you have any questions or just want some support. i've been on here for a few months now and try to get on once a day a least. I'll send you the other info i have later if you want it..take care!
