My brother has back problems and is going to the doctor's office and now taking shots in his back. He says that he thinks that the shots have cocaine in it. Would that be possible that they would do that?

It's not likely. It could be one of the other "caines": Marcaine,Lidocaine, etc...anesthetics like Novacaine that you get at the dentist. Pharmeceutical grade cocaine is used medically but more for nose,throat surgeries.

No...they don't have cocaine in them. They are normally steroid injections or cortisone injections.
There is no such thing as legal cocaine shot administered by a doctor.
