Sneezing??

Why can't I stop sneezing? Is it something to do with the withdrawals? Btw, I'm on day 4 and half. Almost 5 days without anything and I'm doing okay. I had a HUGE craving this morning but I just sat at my desk, breathed and said to myself, no. You don't need it. You really don't. And the craving went away!! Yay me. Ive been sleeping okay, on and off but getting some hours in. But this sneezing is crazy!! Can anyone let me know what that's all about and how long till it stops?

Hi there! Yes, sneezing (and being stuffed up, headaches, sinus problems) all come from withdrawal. Withdrawal provokes an inflammatory response in the entire body, thus the huge number and wide variety of symptoms people experience when they withdraw. Unless you are starting to get fall allergies!  ;-)

I am on day 23 also and still sneezing.  It has slowed a bit, but I am still doing it throughout the day.
