This is all new to me.  I am on day 11 after doing the AAROD detox(detox under aneth).  My head cleared up after about day 5 - I couldn't drive for at least a week.  Still have the achey lower back and legs and at times get the goose bumps and usualy cold though started having night sweats.  I feel like I could handle any of this if I could just get my energy back!!!!!!!!  I spent $300 dollars at the Health food store ande eating manely organics.  I saw the Thomas recipe and was wondering about the one that starts with ty I'm not on that but I'm prone to panic attacks.  any feed back PLEASE!!!!!!

I know you have soooo much to do, but would you mind emailing this to me.  I tried to copy/paste it but my email is so screwed up since the cracked out worm ate it, so if you email it, I can forward it to many.

Thanks so much for attaching it - it really struck a chord with me.

GEORGE CARLIN POST 9-11 (His wife recently died...) Isn't it amazing that
George Carlin - gross and mouthy comedian of the 70's and 80's -could write
something so very eloquent ... and so very appropriate post 9-11.

A wonderful Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but
shorter tempers, wider freeways, but narrower viewpoints.

We spend more, but have less; we buy more, but enjoy less.

We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.

We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more
experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness. We drink too
much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get
too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, too little, watch TV too much,
and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.

We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life.

We've added years to life not life to years.

We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the
street to meet a new neighbour. We conquered outer space but not inner space.
We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul.

We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice.

We write more, but learn less.

We plan more, but accomplish less.

We've learned to rush, but not to wait.

We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than
ever, but wecommunicate less and less. These are the times of fast foods and
slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow
relationships.

These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but
broken homes.

These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one
night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to
quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and
nothing in the stockroom.

A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can
choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to
be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that
little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only
treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, "I love you" to your partner and your loved ones, but most
of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep
inside of you. Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that
person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak, and give time to share the precious
thoughts in your mind. I Love You! Life is not measured by the number of breaths
we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

To the special people in my life. I am sending this to you to see how many of
you actually read your email. Is anyone really out there?

Your response will be interesting!

Here it goes: People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a
lifetime. When you figure out which it is, you know exactly what to do.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you
have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a
difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically,
emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are
there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on
your part or an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring
the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. What we must realize
is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The
prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has
come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make
you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give
you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But...only for a
season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things
you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job
is to accept  the lesson, love the person/people (anyway); and put what
you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.  It is said
that love is blind,  but friendship is clairvoyant. Thank you for being a part of my
life. May  God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you. Smile
and  stop here if you're not into this final part:   This is to show people you love
them and to see how many people love you!!!!   Don't feel embarrassed,  cause
only you will get the results.  Send it to every friend that you have online,  including
the person who sent it to you.
