I wanted to congratulate our friend SophieShine on being 60 days off of Oxazepam!  She has tapered with the benzo's and has went through so much but has persevered and all the while been such a good friend to so many of us here.  Love ya sis!!!!!

Terry, you ALWAYS crack me up and make me laugh so much, even on one of my downer days, you are able to bring a big smile to my face.

I thank y'all for your support, your love and the kicks in the butt when needed lol, I wouldn't have made it without y'all. I so do love my new family, the one I chose for.

And for the newbies, it is possible to get off benzo's I used them for 9 long years, tapered for 14 months and came back to life, real life, natural high. There's nothing like it. I still have to taper one and I am sooo close to my end goal.
Don't ever loose hope.
