Exhausted

A month ago when I went cold turkey, I couldn't sleep now I feel as if I ran a marathon.  I have the restlessness but it isn't as bad as the first time, which probably has to do with the fact that I was going on and off of them for the past month.  My hands are shaking uncontrallable so it is hard to type but my mind wants me to crawl back in bed and not get out until the withdrawals are over.  I have prescription klonipin from my dr for the restlessness but I am afraid to take it because I already feel exhausted.  What should I do?

I am hanging in too, I'm not sleepy though I have no energy but not reasl tired. I have been on klonopin in the past for anxiety I took it for about 3 years. I didn't have any problems with it but just be careful. Try it and see if it helps if it doesn't then toss em.

Try not to let your husband bring you down. That has been my problem. I have a problem with pills (percociet) my husband drinks itleast a 30 pack of beer a nite and dosn't think he has a problem. whenever i have tried in the past to quit my problem i go back because i feel like I'm being to much of a pain in the *** to him. He always blames things on me because of th w/d or he'll tell me to shut up and take a pill.
NOT this time, I'm going to make it. and so will you!!!!!!!
I think they do that because of their own guilt.

Let your husband know that when you point a finger there is 3 fingers pointing back at you.
Hang in there. You are doing this for you first. Others benefit too but it is for you.

I didn't stop the car and go running, but I know when I woke up in the morning the covers were all over the place.  I have no idea what I was doind last night in my sleep.  An hour after I went to bed my husband woke me up and asked who I was talking to, apparently I told him that I was talking to the curlers in my hair.  Pretty funny.  He wasn't amused though, he got mad.  I told him that it is probably from the detox but he didn't believe me, he wanted to know where my pills were.  I honestly told him that I didn't have any.  The problem is that he knows that I have a problem but he can't see his own.  I do though.
