So-pbviously I disappeared for awhile. No internet at home, to much work and no ability to sign on when at work so I gave up for a while.
I was using on the lower end of the scale...more of a maintenance norco habit than anything else.
only thing it was affecting was my health and my mental stability. Nobody has a clue (as per usual)
I've had enough (again) and tapered down and now am on day one CT
I tapered to the point that I doubt I will feel to bad. Probably just emotional and sleepless.
Missed all my friends here.
I am working so I have to go but will check in with you all soon.
I'll be lurking for sure
