Sub and insurance?

Hey gang - it's been a while since I've posted - mostly because I'm back on meds.  I was wondering if any of you good people could answer a question:  Do you know it Blue Shield health insurance covers  Suboxone treatment?  I was thinking on calling them, but didn't really want to identify myself.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, my friends.  I'm thinking more and more that I NEED to try the sub route to recovery ... so any feedback will help.  I have GREAT insurance - Blue Shield PPO; and I'm willing to spend around $500 of my own cash to pay any co-payments, etc.  Again, I want to make that call and ask my insurance company, but because of my profession, I don't think it would be wise to ask them - I'd like to find out from someone else.

It is the meds that are expensive and a lot of insurance companies do cover them.  The doctor appointments are about 50 to 100 dollars per visit here.
