Suboxone Treatment

I've been clean from opiads for almost 3 years thanks to my wonderful doctor who has me on Suboxone. I'm so angry at myself though bc I stupidly tried Adderall a few times which turned into more regular use. My doctor is aware. I just really need someone's help with suggestions on stopping the Adderall and what I can purchase otc to ease the side effects like weakness, overly tired, etc. I just want to be normal again and not have to take any meds. I hate myself for ever getting myself in this situation. I want to just be on my Suboxone and continue to wean from that. I was doing great with the Suboxone and never once touched an opiad since being on it. Please help me stop the Adderall. I truly appreciate everyone's advice and suggestions. Thank you for listening.

I'm quite suprised that your doctor knows your taking the Aderall and still allowing you to be in the suboxone program?  That's kind of unsettling?  What is your dr telling you to do in regards to the Adderall?
I see in your post that you've been on the suboxone for 3 years....this is a pretty long time to be in that program.  Do you mind if I ask you your dose?  I ask b/c I had a dr that had me on it for 7 years and I never saw an end in sight?  It was explained to me afterwards that subs are supposed to be used short term....like 3/6 months short.  Are you currently tapering down?
My opinion in regards to the Aderall is that b/c your only clean b/c of the subs, you maybe haven't addressed the addiction part of this problem?  Subs, perhaps, got you clean, but now something has to be done to STAY clean.  Has this dr not had you doing therapy, meetings, counseling, during the time frame of being on the subs?
