I am using Red Vein Bali Kratom
I fill 12 double zero 00 capsules with the powder and take 12 twice a day when withdrawals start it really does help and kratom is a natural plant related to the coffee plant in low doses its a stimulant in high doses its a relaxant. I have been on methadone for 11 years (this time) thanks to a lying doctor that assured me hydrocodone was not addictive! After i had been completely clean for 7 years! I remember very well the more than a month of hell i went through with the rapid 30 day detox in 2001 off of 5 years of LAAM (basically longer acting methadone) so this time I have very slowly reduced my dose and only go down every 2 weeks giving my body time to adjust I was doing 1mg a week but couldnt handle it so now i do 2mg every 2 weeks same amount but gives me a few days to a week of discomfort and a week of good so mentally I am not feeling like **** constantly. I went down to 12 mg today by afternoon I am ready for the kratom. And not to be gross but to sleep masturbation works well orgasm releases endorphines and relieves symptoms long enough to fall asleep.
The worst for me is the antsy feeling and legs and arms feel like creepy crawlies. The rest i can deal with. But the kratom takes all that away. Also wild lettuce works well as well as California poppy tea.
You will need to do research on alternative medicine and herbal treatments to get details, I dont have either where i live. But am ordering seeds soon.
Good luck! Its worth it!
Methadone is the most difficult, longest detox of all opiates. It stores in your fat and bones and can take years to fully recover. It took me 6 months to feel good again. What have you been taking for how long, that will give us a better idea of where you're at? Are you still taking them?
In the Health Pages at the bottom of this forum has a lot of good suggestions for supplements and general info. The Thomas Recipe and Amino Acid Protocol are the most popular home rememdies. I couldn't find all of the things, so I got would I could find and afford. Eating good and exercise are the cheapest most effective remedies.
Hi! Methadone is a painkiller - a 'full agonist', though synthetic. It's definitely easier to come off other opiates than Methadone. Suboxone is also quite difficult. It also depends on the amount of time you've been on it, your age, and the dose you were on.
