Hi, i posted on your most recent thread and only saw this one now. I didnt realise your subs weren't from a doc.
Hopefully you can get through : )

I was clean for 2 yrs b4 I started taking the subs. No I did not get them from a dr. So I did after care for about 6 months. Just started taking them cuz it gave me energy. Didn't think I wld get addicted to them. I had no withdrawals in rehab and had no idea what I was in for. Just can't loose my job. Have to go to work. And hated rehab will never go back there

So you were in rehab before for opiates and you have been on subs for 2 yr or longer.  Did you get them thru a dr?  Do you work some kind of recovery/aftercare?  Did you wean off the 2 mg dose or just jump at 2 mg?

I was on sub for 2 yrs or longer. Not for any reason just liked them. Wasn't taking much maybe 2 mg a day. I just don't want to take them anymore. I was in rehab b4 for opiates. So I sld have known better. Just want to feel better. I have to go to work I can not stay home another day. Just feeling really tired and a bit of anxiety.

Hi Jan, welcome to our MH Forum.  I agree with clean_in_ks...once we have more information we can help you out with advice for w/d symptoms.  Many times each opiate can have different symptoms, things like how much you used, whether or not you abused the amount and if you are going cold turkey.

Once we have some additional information we'll be able to tell you what you can do to alleviate some of the issues you have.  Many people, incredibly, are able to work through it (though you won't feel like it)...if you have a boss who would not support you....well, just tell him/her you have a bit of the flu bug :-)

Good Luck and keep posting

Welcome to the forum, Jan~

Can you tell us a little more so we know how to help you?  You said you were on Day 2 off suboxone....

Did you taper off the subs?  What was your last dose?  How long did you taper?  What w/drawal symptoms are you feeling?

The more you share...the more we can try to help~
