[Urgent Help] Boozing from 10 years now feeling sick

My Uncle is a boozer from past 10 years. In the recent days, his stomach is extremely bulged. His both foot also bulged. Even though he is consuming alcohol on the daily basis. His food intake is very less so he is becoming very weak day by day.  Bumps on tongue forming regularly which causing fluctuations in intake of food. I want to know what is happening inside his body.

He needs to go to the Dr and let them know all of this. I would advice him to Stop drinking and seek some outside Support. Booze and Drugs will only eat us up inside. It also destroys many brain cells. Addiction is a disease and it needs to be treated. I sure do Pray he gets help before it gets any worse.

He needs to be seen by a doctor and detoxed in a medical facility.  It isnt a good idea for him to just stop as that can be dangerous.  Is he willing to get some help?

No Whenever we are trying to take him to hospital he is rejecting. The reason he is saying that there is no pain. "If there is no pain why should I consult a doctor ? " He says.
