Swollen lump above nostril!

I did cocaine 8 days ago for the first time and two days later developed a hard lump above my right nostril, it is pea sized, hard, and tender. Is it related? What should I do?!

I am not gonna preach ok. If this was your first time doing blow, I hope it's the last. Cocaine is my DOC. If it's on the outside of your nose, I highly doubt it has to do with coke. If it's that big on the inside, then that's normal for coke use, but not after first time.  Sorry if i read this post wrong tho. Please stay away from this drug and best of luck.

I dont know right where it is, but you might benefit from alittle neosporin to prevent anymore of an infection if it a place you can get to

Hi~ I agree with Krissy. It sounds like a sore/small infection inside your nose or outside but in the skin. Those can be really touchy(painful). A neti pot won't help that.
The best thing to do is keep it clean,keep your hands off,and don't put anything up your nose.  :)     If it continues,see a doctor.

It's really hard to say w/o seeing it or feeling it.....you believe it or not, would be the best judge of that.....I mean, does it feel like it's in the cavity or w/in the skin....is it sore like a pimple.   Pimples in the nose or around the nose tend to hurt way more, especially when they still haven't come to a head.....I am not sure what a netty pot is, but I would try to put some heat on it....after a day or two of warm/hot compresses it should come to a head....but if is doesn't seem to improve after a few days, i would see a doc.

Thank you! So, you dont think its related to nasal cavity? Should I try a netty pot or something?

it sounds sort of like a pimple.  When people snort drugs, they get leaky noses or itchy noses and tend to constantly touch their nose, which could lead to a clogged pore.  If it doesn't go away I would go get it checked out.
