TY - Valerian Recommendation

Thank you to those who recommended Valerian Root supplement for sleep.  I'm sceptical of health foods, but decided to give it a try.

I was getting 3-4 hours interrupted sleep from Day 4 to 14.

Last night I took Valerian and got 9 hours sleep.  Wow !

Can you buy this in the pharmacy or in a health food store? I get 10-15 min out of the hour at night,

Great news.. Im going after some myself, although I did get a full nights rest on the eve of day 8 into 9..

Ive subscribed to the food and nutrition regiment and there some good documentation about types of foods to aid in sleep i.e., a banana, low-fat milk, low fat cheese.

The logic is your body is taking energy from your brain to digest certain foods and allows for quieter brain activity and hopefully sleep..

Worked for me last night. May be because I was dead from so little sleep or the fact that I'm eating well and exercised the last couple of days..

Still feel like sh*t overall, but what the hey. I can't wait to be my old high-energy self..

Got it at Rite-Aid pharmacy.  It is called VALERIAN and comes in a forrest green bottle.

Hope it works for you.  I just got up and now it is 12 hours of sleep (interrupted, but sleep).

Valerian Root is awesome, just be sure you check for any interactions with anti-depressants anyone might be on. I know they exist.
