good idea, but for me thats w a y to fast. Looking for a really slow taper, as I'm a whiner and just cant handle wd's. :(
What I did (like worried878 suggested) is counted out how many pills I had left, how quickly I wanted to be off of them, and made my schedule (wrote it down on my calendar) based on that. I did it VERY quickly because I just wanted to be off the darn things. I dropped a pill every 2 days - like 8 for 2 days, then 7 for 2 days, then 6, etc. It just depends on how quickly you want to be off of them.

you know if for me it helped to write it out...small doses over the day decreasing of course and i had a certain amount of pills and a target quit day...easy to cheat but as long as u quit on ur designated day...then u will get it done ...
I tapered and quit...there is a good article in the health pages on tapering....u been here long enuf to know that tho girl!
