good morning there sure is a cycle we go through. go to the right hand column bottom and ck out PAWS it will give you all the info about it. keep up the good work. GOD bless you in your recovery.
Dark chocolate of at least 70% cocoa will help cravings.
I agree with GTMI , chocolate helped me too!!! Also I have noticed everytime i tried to quit was always different...But my mind was not made up , until the last time...Which made a hugh difference in my w/d's for the better.....Keep going, you are doing GREAT!!!
An excuse to eat chocolate?! I'll definately try that. Just took a shower and have a friend (whose been there done that) coming over to help with housework. Feeling jittery and a bit headachey. Immodium has helped alot but Im still not very hungry. Will try some toast and vitamins. Thanks for the support. I find all of the honest info refreshing. Scary, but in a good way. Also appreciate the anonimity of the internet. I can be the real me here. Oneday, I hope to be the real me all the time.
WOW , A friend to help with housework!! That is fantastic...:) I know you don't have a appetite...But try to force yourself to eat a really good meal ( if you are not throwing up)...That will help with energy so much...And stay hydrated...
I have no ideas for you, but wanted to offer my support. I'm 36 hours into cold turkey quitting hydrocodone so I feel for you. I said a prayer for you to stay strong.
