There is hope - I have about a month clean and I'm doing so much better

I even started a new job as a paralegal/legal assistant yesterday and I felt very focused on my first day. I was a little nervous but it went away.  I was one of the people who chose to wean off.  I had help doing that from a family member.  The thing that helped me through my detox was exercise and taking a multi-vit.  I feel better than I have in years. I had ups and downs after I tapered off completely which was Aug. 19th.  But now I'm pretty much all up. No more symptoms. None really to speak of.  Yay.

HEY congrats on 30 days clean...your doing great...have you plugged into any aftercare yet ? if not do so it is a critical part of recovery that shouldn't be over looked good luck and God bless....Gnarly

Dukes, I have been worried about you as I haven't heard from you in a few days. I guess it was because you are busy getting back to the business of living!!! I am so happy and proud for you. You have helped me so much in the last 2 weeks.
Congrats on the job, I am glad it worked out like it did and Big Congrats on the 30 Days. You are the man.. Keep it up and don't be a stanger. I miss hearing from you.
When my son and I go to Ca. next May for Bimmerfest, I am buying you a steak or your dinner of choice and I wont take no for an answer, we will have some serious clean time by then. Best wishes and God Bless. That is Great news.

its only gonna get better for ya from here on out. just have faith and trust.
exercising and taking vitamins was also a big help for me. got the endorphins going flowing again. it really helped.

you know now that things can be done without our doc and this is a sort of miracle for us but yeah, we can do things much better with patience and time and faith ...keep on walking and good luck !!
