My heart would race too in the morning! Scariest thing ever!
I'm having the rapid heart beat episodes from suboxone withdrawal as well...glad I read this post...I thought I was going to have a heart attack a few times...nice to know it will go away soon...thank you : )
YES...I would dose off then outta nowhere I would wake up to my heart racing like I had been out sprinting or something....it would scare me so bad...I just learned to try and take slow deep breathes and it really helped...but I know that really s*cks!...hang in there and it will go away for sure!.....
Thank you! It's been a tough road but I'm traveling it all the way :)
Congratulations on 30 days clean!!!! :)
I've been taking the Epsom Salt baths nearly everyday. It seems to help everything but my back though. I've also been having times of rapid heart beats. Did yours do that?
it will stop for sure..I was having the same thing...mine felt like I was being shocked all over...I've been off methadone for 33 days today and all the withdrawals are pretty much gone...I still get a few here and there..sleep has been my biggest problem...have you tried hot soaks on the tub with Epsom salt??...that seemed to help me alot....
I had about two weeks of terrible rebound pain and then it subsided. Do you have a TENS unit that you can use to distract the pain signal? If you don't have one you may want to ask your doctor for a script for one - they are usually around $100 and can be purchased from a chiro or other provider. I never go anywhere without my TENS and it has saved me. Check into it.
