Go to the top right corner of the page and look at Health Pages- vitamins and amino acid protocols... 5-HTP seems to be helping me the last couple of days.
The vitamin's I take are a one a day for energy then a B12 from spring valley you can get them at any walmart. Another thing is protein shakes I can't eat anything substancial yet because it comes back up so the vitamin's and protein shakes are a life saver for me. I hope this helps :)

I haven't come off completely yet but have been tapering and going through the withdrawals slowly...the good movie thing is what gets me through it in fact I watched all the United states of tara's episodes whiich made me feel less messed up as she truly is messed up that helped alot on a bad day of not wanting to do anything. people keep mentioning vitamins which vitamins should I be using?
Yes music is a great way to get up. There is something about it that perks emotional motivations. What I want to do is not just sit here. I want to get up and live life but my brain doesn't want to do anything. Setting here watching tv is bad for me. There is no substance in it and I need to get up. How do I get my a* of this bed and get to class? Thanks for the good thoughts and prays I need them on my first day.
I'm in day 5 and yes the mind is going to be bad but for me blasting ozzy black rain jumping around like an idiot really helped. For some people music is'nt the thing but it really worked for me. Also vitamins and move even when you don't want to. I have read that reading or watching a good movie (one that really grabs you) can help get your mind back in control. I really hope I helped a little I'm sending good thoughts and prayers your way :) Keep posting...
