Well day 2 of no tramadol and I feel really bad. Last night was so bad with the sweats that I had to put towels on my pillow and bed. I hope today is better.

I used to think tram was  a no consequence drug compared to heroin, methadone et al. However  all post seems correct 15 pills of tramadol is a lot of  opiate but at 11 mgs from 360mgs of methadone. I feel some chills,  sleeplessness, anhedonia but no bile or dry heaves. I lot of my problem is psychological, right now.  Tramadol led my MD friend to morphine addiction and he had several years clean. Hope you feel better. I am hesitant to suggest anything except to try and stay with it. It's worth it in the end.

Hi!  I've been off of it since early 2010, and I know how rough it is!  I was taking 15/day when I stopped.  You will feel better in about a week but the low energy and insomnia may last longer!

how much tram were you taking?
did you go cold turkey?
you must taper trams the withdrawals can cause seizures.

Hang in there. Read other posts about this withdrawal. Its tough. Try to stay as hydrated as possible.  I have never taken this so I can't offer more but I.know someone will come along and offer good support.
