Tramadol detox.

Ive been on tramadol since 2006. In the begging it wasn't cuz I needed it, it was more for fun. Over the years I started using it as a part of my routines daily. 4 at about noon than 4 rite before bed. Noon time cuz it put me in a good mood and gave me energy. Rite before bed I take 4 because for some reason I wake up feeling great. It became a daily routine. I've excelled at my job. Got a life changing promotion about 2 weeks ago. It hasn't affected my personal life, my job or anything. Its time though. I've tried to stop before, but now I feel it. I want to, but I have to countinue my life. I can't stop to go get help or take sick time to withdrawal and go through detox. I need to countinue in my everyday life and get off of these pills. It's day 2. If there's anyone out there that has been through this please share. I can't reach out and let people in my life or risk loosing my career that I've put every thing into it. Help

B12, hot baths, immodium, vitamins, and most importantly- will power. I don't know it's so much easier said then done...I'm going through it too...but stick with if you can....especially if you can get to the 48 hr mark...hey at that point you are most likely already half way through the roughest  part! A few days off of work plus the weekend is worth it to get to a better life. If not you will just be stuck. You know what they say (not that I'm calling you crazy by any means of course) but when you think about it...the definition of 'crazy' is doing nothing to change and expecting different results!
