Tramadol vs. Fioricet

I've been taking Fioricet (generic) for 20 years not and I have been ordering it on the internet so far wthout any problems. But today, they sent me Tramadol and I don't really know what the difference is. I am so use to apap/butatbital/caffeine so I really pissed of that I got this drug that I have never used and don't know how it will affect me. ALso I think this is a totally different drug. I admit I got a buzz, like a drunk feeling without the alcholol on the fioricet although I did not exceed the max daily dosage. Now the stupid internet pharmacy screwed up and gave me this crap. Is it going to elp my tension headaches???

harmsnogood is100%correct.Also I had been presceibed fironol for many years pretty much the same thing as u get.R u aware that there r risks of siezures stopping them abruptly?I never abused them,often took them everyday4weeks then not for weeks.had no clue of the risks&very lucky nothing bad happened but be careful cause A LOT of people do habe severe issues stopping cold turkey.If u dnt have a doctor who prescribes them(also if u take more than a couple a day u can go2the E.R. or call ur primary doctor.explain cause u may need either a script or a script for am anti-siezure med so nothing bad happens2u.

I can only speak about my experience with tramadol.Tramadol is an addictive opiate type pain reliever,plus an added anti depressant just to make it doubly hard to withdraw off.Get rid off them flush them you don't want to go down the tramadol path.Take care

no dnt take the trams.like she said above they r NOTHING alike.They arent even the same class of drugs.Toss those trams NOW.Also if u dnt mind me asking why do u get ur keds off the internet instead of a regular dr and pharmacy?Do u take them as prescribed,do u really need them or do u take them and get high?Im just always a little confused why anyone gets meds online if they really need them and cam get them from the doctor.Ive NEVER seen anyone get meds online who actually needs them and could get them from a doctor

Hi there-  Are you saying you already took the Tramadol that you know nothing about?  That's not safe...

Tramadol is entirely different. It's an opiate like pain med. It's addicting like Fioricet though. Also, Fioricet is a barbiturate and it should never be stopped abruptly due to seizure risk.

Anyway, it's not the same at all but it is a pain reliever. I don't know how well it would work for a headache. I doubt it's as effective as Fioricet.
